Chetan Kejriwal

Chetan Kejriwal is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Ominvest Group, where he oversees the group’s financial strategic planning, implementation, and management. He is responsible for steering Ominvest towards greater financial success and delivering enhanced shareholder value through robust financial governance, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.

With more than 20 years of extensive industry expertise spanning investment, banking, insurance, leasing, oil and gas, and retail sectors, Chetan brings deep insight into complex financial operations and organizational transformation. He is known for his strong leadership skills, adeptly managing finance teams and collaborating across departments to drive business results.

Chetan’s expertise includes advising on business restructuring, investment accounting, process improvements, IPOs, and complex mergers, acquisitions, and reverse acquisitions. Prior to joining Ominvest, he served as a Partner at EY MENA, where he advised leading organizations on financial strategy and transformation.

Chetan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University, India, and is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
